Are you our new Business Development Manager?
Junction Point CIC is at a pivotal point in our journey. We’re about to take two nationally recognised qualifications to market and we need to grow our team to make it happen.
These qualifications exist because good intentions, sadly, aren’t enough. Too many social enterprises and purpose-led projects fail early on. Not because the founders lacked passion, but because they had to figure it out as they went. We’ve seen the effects of poor advice and patchy support, and we’re determined to change that.
Our Level 2 qualification supports early-stage changemakers to build strong foundations. The Level 5 is designed to develop confident, credible social enterprise advisers across the UK. Together, these qualifications could shift the sector but only if we can get them into the right hands.
Who we’re looking for
This isn’t an entry-level role. It’s a leadership one.
We’re looking for someone who has already led business development in a purpose-led setting. Someone who can generate income through contracts, grants, and traded services and who brings ideas, energy and action.
You’ll be:

Building our income pipeline

Helping shape how we take our offer to market

Representing Junction Point at events and conferences
You’ll also be working closely with a small (but mighty) team to help us grow in a way that stays true to our values.
